A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of 20% is required to pre book; **if not paid at least** 48 hours prior to our time together expect your date to be canceled. This a measure to ensure that we are both equally comitted to seeing eachother on the agreed day!

'Fantasy bookers' will be placed on my 'DO NOT SEE' list, zero tolerance.

If you need to reschedule please do so at least 48 hours prior and the retainer will be applicable to a rescheduled appointment (within 90 days). Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee and same day cancellations will be responsible for the full appointment amount.

In the rare case I must cancel, I will suggest a rescheduled date or refund any payments in full. This will always be done via email or text contact.
