  • By applying for a scholarship, you understand there is an agreement on your part to attend weekly riding lessons. If you are unable to attend your scheduled riding lessons, you are required to contact the Program Director or Lead Instructor to make them aware of your absence or submit your absence in the portal with 24 hour notice.

Scholarship recipients are allowed 3 excused absences in a single session. If the recipient cancels without 24 hour notice or no-shows a lesson 3 times, the scholarship will be withdrawn and the recipient will removed from lessons and put on the bottom of the waitlist.

If a recipient receives a partial scholarship, the recipient (or parent/guardian if recipient is a dependent) is responsible for the remainder of the lesson fees. Past due lesson fees of more than 60 days will result in the scholarship being withdrawn and the recipient being removed from lessons and put on the bottom of the waitlist.

Participants at Hope Ranch must apply for scholarships on a yearly basis.
