Please fill out the information below for IJM Nationals and sign the contract at the bottom. A 50% NON-Refundable, NON-Transferable deposit is due after this contract is compete. Your spot is not held without a deposit. Final payments are due no later than January 1st, 2025. Feel free to email me if you have any questions!

Spray tans are priced at $80 for 1 or $150 for 2. 

 I offer a variety of solutions for each skin type and undertone, along with rapid or classic tan options. Each tan comes with a complimentary drying powder application as well.

About a week prior to nationals I will send out a link which allows you to schedule your tan for whatever date and time works best with your individual schedule. This link also discusses pre and post tan instructions. 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold a spot. Due to scheduling, we will be limited to the number of contestants we can take per division. Spots will be filled at a first come first serve basis and you are not considered "booked" until your deposit and signed contract is sent back. This assures us each of our clients gets the time, attention and experience they deserve. Thank you for understanding.

 If deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking, an invoice will be sent to the email on file. 

This contract is between SJM Artistry and client listed above. Upon signing this contract it is legally binding and both the ‘spray tan artist’ and ‘client’ agree as follows:

1. Spray tan artist’s obligation to provide services hereunder is subject to change and/or unavailability of the artist as a result of sickness accidents, and other reasons beyond the spray tan artist’s control. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. 

2. All Services will be provided at International Junior Miss nationals in Virginia Beach, VA. Services will be provided at the host hotel and/or event venue.

3. Client(s) agrees to notify the spray tan artist of any allergies they may have towards any cosmetics and/or chemicals. Should a reaction occur, requiring medical attention or not, it is agreed that the spray tan artist is not legally liable or responsible for injury and/or ailment of any kind.

 4. Client(s) understand that if the event stops for any reason once services start, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.  If event is postponed, services are transferrable subject to availability of the artist. 

5. Client(s) understand that ALL PAYMENTS are NON-REFUNDABLE and ONLY TRANSFERRABLE at the discretion of the artist. 

6. 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at time of booking to hold your spot. Payments are to be paid in full by January 1st, 2025. PayPal and venmo is accepted. If paying PayPal, the client understands to pay friends and family. If payment is not sent friends and family the client agrees to pay for any transaction fees as a result. 

 7. Client(s) understand that if the event is postponed, changed, or cancelled for any reason, all payments remain NON-Refundable and this contract does not change. 

 8. Client agrees to full use of photographs taken during and/or after services to be used for:

- Spray tan artists portfolio (website, facebook, etc.)

- Promotional images and social media. 

9. Client understands that SJM Artistry is a separate entity from the International Junior Miss Organization
