Ihsan Tuition Terms and Conditions
1. Enrolment
1.1 This application form must be completed by a parent or carer. By submitting this application form, you agree to enrol your child in Ihsan Tuition classes for the specified term.

1.2 Enrolment is subject to availability, and you will be notified if your child’s application is successful.
1.3 Ensure the school has your most recent phone number and emergency contact details so you can be reached if needed during the day.
2. Fees
2.1 The tuition fee is charged monthly in advance at the rate of £99.00 per month per child for three subjects English, Maths and Science or at £79.00 per month for two subjects English and Maths. Ihsan Tuition Reserves the right to change the monthly fee amount at any time. In the event of a change to the monthly fee amount, Ihsan Tuition will write to you confirming the changes. Fees will be collected via our Direct Debit provider GoCardless.
2.2 Fees are due on the first day of each month. Late payments or failed payments will incur an additional charge.
2.3 If you cancel your child's enrolment in the middle of the month, no refund will be provided for that month.
2.4 Parents may withdraw their child from Ihsan Tuition at any time with a minimum of two weeks' notice. Fees will be charged until the end of the notice period.
3. Payment Non-Compliance
3.1 If payment is not received by the due date, Ihsan Tuition will take the following steps:
Step 1: A reminder email will be sent to the parent/guardian within 7 days of the missed payment and a late fee of £3.00 will be applied.
Step 2: If payment is still not made 7 days after the first reminder, a second notice will be sent and a second late fee of £3.00 will be applied.
Step 3: If the account remains unpaid for 7 days after the second notice, your child may be suspended from classes until the account is brought up to date.
Step 4: Continued non-payment may result in further action, including the involvement of a debt recovery agency.
4. Classes
4.1 Classes will be held on Saturday mornings from 10 am to 1 pm for students taking English Maths and Science and from 10 am to 12 pm for students taking only English and Maths.
4.2 Ihsan Tuition reserves the right to change the schedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, parents will be notified in advance.
4.3 It is the responsibility of parents to ensure their child attends classes regularly and arrives on time. Parents must notify Ihsan Tuition if their child will be absent.
4.4 Parents must ensure that their child comes to class with the required equipment and stationery.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Parents must inform Ihsan Tuition of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their child’s participation in classes.
5.2 Ihsan Tuition takes the health and safety of students seriously and will implement appropriate measures to ensure a safe learning environment.
6. Photography and Marketing
6.1 Parents consent to use photographs and videos taken during classes for marketing and promotional purposes, as indicated on the application form.
6.2 Parents also consent to receive marketing communications regarding Ihsan Tuition’s programs and events.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow the tutors' instructions at all times.
7.2 Parents and students must be courteous and respectful to staff and other parents during pick-up and drop-off. Stressful situations (e.g., traffic) can cause tension, but maintaining calm and respect promotes a positive environment.
7.3 Ihsan Tuition reserves the right to remove a student from classes if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
8. Liability
8.1 Ihsan Tuition will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by the staff's negligence.
8.2 Parents are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and is collected from classes on time.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Ihsan Tuition reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of any changes in writing.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
