Shipping Information Form

1. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and legible. 2. The sender must ensure that the contents of the parcel are not prohibited by the selected courier or by Megway Parcels. 3. Megway Parcels only take shipping charges. Any customs duties, import taxes, or destination country charges are not included and must be paid by the receiver/sender. 4. Shipments to USA under $800 are exempt from customs duties and taxes. 5. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. No compensation will be provided for delays due to circumstances beyond Megway Parcels’ control. 6. In case of loss or damage during transit, compensation will be limited to the standard free cover provided by the courier:-EVRI, Landmark Global, USPS – £20, Royal Mail – £25 and all other couriers – £50 7. No compensation will be provided for perishable food items if the parcel is delayed.
