Should the adoption be finalized, as the new owner, you agree to take full responsibility for the care and well-being of this pet for its lifetime. If adopting a puppy, the agreement will be foster-to-adopt with the adoption only finalizing once the animal is sterilized (paid for by CPBF) all adult dogs will be sterilized prior to placement.

Once the adoption is finalized, you will be responsible for all medical bills and decisions. If some situation occurs that makes it impossible for you to care for the animal, you will return it to CPBF immediately.
