Colorado Springs Chapter of ISSA Bylaws state:
"ELECTIONS SECTION 1. The Board of Directors shall be elected by popular vote, each General Member in good standing declaring the Colorado Springs Chapter as their Primary Chapter to be entitled to one vote."
NOTE: Student members are not eligible to vote.
