Bon A-Pet-Treat! is happy to be a part of your charitable organization’s fundraising events. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we must receive your completed form 60 days prior to your event date. We apologize, but due to prior commitments, we are unable to provide donations for the months of November, December, and June through August.Please email completed forms to baptdonations@gmail.com. Sorry, we do not accept phone, fax, or in-person submissions.
