No, they're not gluten free
Please tell us about your food manufacturing/handling processes. 1) Do you use a home kitchen or commercial kitchen? 2) Are any gluten containing products present in your kitchen, and if so, how do you manage the risk of cross contamination? We require a detailed explanation of risk management if gluten is present. 3) Do you track where your ingredients come from and know that they're definitely gluten free? 4) Do you test your finished product for gluten, or is there any testing at any point along your supply line? 5) Any other information you deem relevant.

Name them according to which social media post you want them to go on - i.e. post 1, post 2, etc. We recommend the following types of images for your posts (recommendations only - you are more than welcome to use what you want). Post One: image/s that showcase your brand overall. Post Two: image/s that highlight a specific product. Post Three: image/s that invite engagement (could be a meme, image for a poll, related trivia or fun fact image etc). Post Four: image/s showing your setup at previous festivals or markets.

Write your blurbs/copy for your social media posts below. Please see the small print for recommendations.
Please label your blurbs "Post One, Post Two..." etc. Stick to no more than 80 words per post, and write in third person. We will edit if necessary, but ideally blurbs are all ready for us to just copy and paste. We recommend the following types of posts (recommendations only, you are more than welcome to do what works best for you!). Post One: an introductory post that showcases an overview of your brand and what you have to offer. e.g. "Meet {Exhibitor Name}, passionate makers of {product type}. They started making {product} because {reason}..." Post Two: Highlight a specific product or service, perhaps this could be a best seller or a new launch! Include any special festival offers/discounts here! Post Three: Invite engagement by using trivia, a poll, a fun fact etc related to your product/s! e.g. "Did you know that {interesting fact related to product}?" or "What is your choice of afternoon tea if the King came to visit? {product 1} or {product 2}? Post Four: A countdown style post (this post will be posted the month leading up to the festival). e.g. "Only X days to go until The Gluten Free Food Festival! We're so excited to have {your business} along showcasing their delicious {products}! Tag a friend who needs to visit their stall to buy some {product}!"
Do you have any recommendations on food businesses we should approach to sell at the Gluten Free Food Festival? (psst - please also tell them yourself how awesome the festival is!)
Any special requests or other information we need to know?
Lastly, you'll be required to complete the GF Food Safety Training course by Coeliac New Zealand (if you haven't already done it). Instructions on how to do so will be sent to you separately in due course (this will be a manual process, not automated).
