Notice of Order Placing
Please place orders at least 1 week in advance. For orders with custom toppers/images please place orders at least 3 weeks in advance. There will be a $25 charge for rush or last-minute orders (less than one week notice). No last minute custom image orders.
Pickup Policy
Please be aware that you must pickup your cake at your scheduled pickup time. If you arrive early your cake may not be ready. Every pickup time has a 15min slot so please inform me if you will be later than 15min to pickup your order.
Confirming your Order
Once you have submitted this form, you will receive a response within 24 hours about your order. If your order is accepted, you will receive an invoice email with a final price.
If you wish to confirm your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Your order is only confirmed when your 50% deposit is paid and processed. If payment is not made within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email, that time slot and date are made available to be booked by other clients.
Deposits can be made through Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App
The remaining 50% of your order total must be paid prior to pick up.
Order Changes
Once your order has been confirmed, depending on the changes you request there may be additional fees or it may not be possible. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible. Simple changes such as colors or flavors can be changed up to 1 week before date.
Cancelations
All custom orders have a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit. If you still want to cancel an order, and forfeit deposit, it may be done up to 5 days before your event date for a PARTIAL refund . Cancelations after that time will not be refunded.
