    Please note before you submit that the designated reserved parking spaces in the lot are managed by a third-party company, Imperial Parking LLC. Incidents such as vehicle damage, theft, or ticket/towing fall outside of the hotel’s control, especially if the vehicle was parked in an unauthorized space.

    We kindly ask you to refer to our parking map for guidance on proper parking procedures and locations. For inquiries regarding incidents, please be aware that, as per our policy, College Inn Hotel cannot provide complimentary stays, discounts, or reimbursements related to vehicle issues.
