For the Night to Shine event in Amarillo, Texas on February 13, 2026
The Registration Team must arrive at the Civic Center by 4:00 on February 13th. Please only sign up for this team if you are able to arrive that early. You will be done between 7:30-8:00 and will have the opportunity to eat and mingle inside the event.

There will be an informational meeting/training for the Registration Team on Saturday, February 7th at 10am at The Loft Church. Please make every effort to attend as it will include very important information to get you prepared for the event!

The Registration Team will be done between 7-8pm. You are welcome to eat at that point and go cheer on the red carpet if you would like. If you would like to eat, please select a meal. These are the only 2 options and only one can be selected. Due to limited quantities, please only eat what you signed up for.*

Regular Meal: Breaded Chicken Tenders; Mashed Potatoes; Gravy; Macaroni and Cheese; Green Beans; and Cornbread. Desserts: Brownies; Sugar Cookies; Chocolate Chip Cookies; M&M Cookies.Specialty/Allergen Meal: Grilled Chicken Tenders; Roasted Potatoes; Green Beans; and Corn. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free and Nut Free.I do not want a meal.
