    We will feature the reason for your decision to give back on your live giving page and also use this information to assist the NGOs to conduct their due dilligence. The NGOs are interested to know about your products, where you source materials and labour, and whether you have any supporting policies.

    We will style the i=Change platform with your logo and site branding colours. The platform will be display on your site when customers interact with a product or cart page app block, and if your store is using the legacy order status page.

    We'll set up a Live Giving page (view example) in our brand directory, providing 100% transparency for your giving. The campaign image features at the top of the page, and the CEO/team image at the bottom of the page.

      Credit Cards: Australian cards 1.75%+30c per invoice, and international cards: 3.75% + 30c per invoice.

      There is a once-off charge for initial partnership setup: managing NGO approvals, customisation and integration technical support. The add-on/reintegration option is only available to existing clients adding a new brand, or former clients wishing to reintegrate the i=Change platform to their site.

      There are no fees for paying via direct debit. Credit cards will incur a surcharge on the total. Australian cards 1.75%+30c per transaction. International cards: 3.75% + 30c per transaction.

    • Once submitted we will: 

      • manage approvals with your chosen NGOs. They may come back with additional screening questions about your organisation, products and ethics.
      • ask you to complete your payment profile to create your billing subscription.
      • customise your i=Change platform and live giving page
      • liase with you in regard to any additional requirements or provide your developers with tech support on integration issues. 

      These steps should take approx 3-5 business days, subject to NGO approvals. We will have everything setup in time for your launch. In the event that we don't have approval back from every NGO, you can launch with 1 or 2 projects active. 

      We will then activate your i=Change paltform on your site. We will also be sending you emails with links to assets and best-case examples to get the most value out of your giving, drive customer engagement and conversions.
