The Buddy Team must arrive at the Civic Center by 5:00 on February 13th. You will be done at 10:15pm. Buddies are required to stay for the entire event.

Please detail any experience you have working with people with special needs, any medical experience, or ASL proficiency. This information is very helpful when we are pairing guests who have more significant needs.
If you have experience working with people with special needs, are a medical professional, or know ASL, you will likely be paired with a guest in the week leading up to the event. This allows us to a pair guest with specific needs with a buddy who is able to accomodate their needs. You will receive an email from Lauren Glasgow at BuddyPairing@nighttoshineamarillo.com with details about your guest! Contact her if you have any questions or special requests.
For those who do not have experience - Would you like to be paired with a guest ahead of time or be paired once you show up to the event? If you choose to be paired ahead of time, your attendance is mandatory (excluding emergencies and sicknesses). Please don't cancel on us for any other reason, if you've already been paired with a guest.

You will eat with your guest during the event. Please select a meal. These are the only 2 options and only one can be selected. Due to limited quantities, please only eat what you signed up for.*

Regular Meal: Breaded Chicken Tenders; Mashed Potatoes; Gravy; Macaroni and Cheese; Green Beans; and Cornbread. Desserts: Brownies; Sugar Cookies; Chocolate Chip Cookies; M&M Cookies.Specialty/Allergen Meal: Grilled Chicken Tenders; Roasted Potatoes; Green Beans; and Corn. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free and Nut Free.
