Sydney Festival is looking for crew for the 2025 Festival!

Each year the festival has a wide range of crewing requirements across all of our venues from late December to early February. Crew needed include everything from site crew to help set up outdoor festival sites to people with experience in theatre lighting, sound or wardrobe.

Festival dates: Saturday 4 - Sunday 26 January 2025

Festival period (when we need crew): Monday 16 December 2024 - Friday 31 January 2025

The earlier you supply your information, then the earlier we know that you are interested and available. We receive a huge number of crew applications and with 90+ shows, this is not a speedy process. We will be working fast and furiously behind the scenes to make it happen so please be patient!
