Includes up to one year listing on the MLS that covers the island your property is located, free changes and maximum photos allowed on the MLS. All state and federal disclosures provided. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email from our affiliate broker with the MLS listing forms and instructions to electronically complete. The Hawaii Broker will bill you directly for your MLS Listing. PLEASE NOTE that the Hawaii Broker now charges a $250 Admin Fee AT CLOSE OF ESCROW. If your property does not close, then you do not pay that fee. The Administrative fee covers the expenses incurred by the broker for having to maintain a sales file for three years for auditing purposes required by the Hawaii Real Estate Licensing Department.
