    Thank you for your interest in submitting content for The Zeta Torch: SC Pipeline!   • What is the The Zeta Torch: SC Pipeline? 

    The Zeta Torch: SC Pipeline is the quarterly state newsletter. It provides an in-depth look at the accomplishments and service of chapters and our auxiliaries. There are two sections that chapters/auxiliaries, state coordinators, and/or state committee chairs may submit to:

    • Torches Around the State: highlight a major promotion, accolades within chapter, community, university, etc.
    • What’s happening in the state: events, videos, service projects, etc.

    Submission Deadlines

    Quarter 2: Submissions due December 1, 2024
    Theme: Service / The Power of S.H.E.
    Distribution: December 20

    Quarter 3: Submissions due March 1, 2025
    Theme: Sisterhood / The Power of S.H.E. 
    Distribution: March 20

    Quarter 4: Submissions due June 1, 2025
    Theme: Finer Womanhood / The Power of S.H.E. 
    Distribution: June 20


    Submission Instructions:
    All submissions and summaries of the events are to be emailed to scantapokritis@gmail.com or submit using this link.

    • Always include the following in the subject line of your email: “Newsletter & Committee” name (Ex. Newsletter – Zetas Have Heart).
    • Submissions that are incomplete will cause unnecessary delay and may run the risk of not being able to be included in the publication.
    • Please include the telephone number in case there are questions/clarifications.
    • Make sure your submissions/photos always include a written summary and info of the event:
      • Area(s) and Chapter (Graduate and/or Undergraduate) Name(s)
      • Title of Event (Veterans Rock, Zetas Have Heart, Get Engaged…etc.)​
      • Location & Dates
      • Names of Sorors and persons pictured in photos​

    Photo Guidelines

    Images should be high resolution (300+dpi) and in color. Please save all images for consideration in .jpg file format and include a detailed caption outlining individuals depicted in the photos. Please include your name, email address, phone number and chapter/auxiliary affiliation with all submissions.

    Please ensure that all uploaded photos have captions. Please take note of the name/number of the photos you’re submitting, as all submitted photos must be named, and captions must include the name of the photo. There is a submission field on the form that allows for photo captions to be written or copied/ pasted in.

    Please follow this captions guide:

    • Photo name/number_ description of photo and/or list of sorors/auxiliaries in photo from left to right.Ex:
