Please fully complete this application. You will need to upload your most recent tax return (2024 or 2025). Be sure it is complete with all Schedules and SIGNED. If sent by e-sign, please be sure that page is included.

It is suggested that you also upload a letter explaining any circumstances affecting your finances which may not be evident from the tax return.

The deadline for applications is March 3. All applications will be rendered anonymous and reviewed at the same time. You will be notified of any award within the following two weeks. Funds will be sent directly to the camp.
