    We will take digital 3-D X-rays of your teeth to see what's below the surface. We may take a scan of your teeth with one of our iTero scanners to see how everything lines up.

    If additional photos are needed, we will do that too. This will ensure a definitive diagnosis and personalized treatment plan are provided for you. After you click the  "Submit" button below, we will contact you via phone or email with Dr. Chartrand's findings and how to proceed.
