1. Your application does not guarantee entry. We focus on rare and uncommon indoor and outdoor plants, plant supplies, any products considered "planty", and homemade artisan vendors. We curate our events to meet the needs of our local community and offer a variety of vendors.
2. This is a 2-day event, you must commit to both days. Set up is Friday, July 25th 12-9PM (everyone is required to leave at 9PM or earlier so the venue can be locked down and secured). NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. All Non-profit booths must have signage to clearly display who they are (ex: signs, placecards, banners, table cloths, etc) You must keep set up and products within your allotted space at all times.
4. Sharing booths are prohibited, unless you have prior approval by Renay.
5. All Non-profit vendors are required to be at the event/booth at 7:30AM for VIP shopping on Saturday. VIP shopping is from 8-10AM. The expo opens to the public at 10AM both days.
6. All Non-profits are required to post on all their social media platforms about the event, See above for minimun guideline.
6. You are responsible to set up and break down your space. ALL set up materials, products and trash must go with you when it is time to breakdown. Please bring your own dollys for set up and break down. There will be limited dollys at the venue that will be on a first come, first serve basis.
7. As a Non-profit vendor you agree to keep and maintain a good, professional working relationship within the SE Rare Plant Market community and the public. We want fun, happy, exciting vibes, we work hard to maintain a great working relationship with our plant community, and want to keep the upbeat, happy, sharing, loving community South Carolina is!
8. All staff working a non-profit booth, are required to wear an expo badge. Each influencer must be present to collect their badges for their spot and staff. No badges will be given out otherwise. You may purchase extra badges if you need more than your package allotment.
9. All "guests" of non-profit vendors coming into the expo, whether doing business, family visiting, customers who have pre purchased products and are picking up, must pay admission to be admitted into the expo.
10. Any non-profit vendor who vacates their spot before the expo closes (Sunday, July 27th at 4PM) will be charged his or her full package fee (package net worth is $700) for every day that influencer committed to fill the space. To maintain the apprearance of the expo, your set up must remain up and functioning the entirety of the expo. If an emergency arises during the event, please contact Renay. DO NOT GHOST. Any influencer who leaves without prior notification will still be charged the full fee amount.
SE Rare Plant market, LLP and its affiliate partners reserve the right to remove you as an influencer if you choose to not follow any of the above application guidelines.
