Anthem: Go to brokerportal.anthem.com > click the profile icon at the top right > Account Details > Medicare RTS Status > You will see all of your active state appointments. Some states you may see two or three appointments because Anthem has two or three subsidiaries there (ie, in Florida they operate as "Simply Healthcare Plans, INC as well as "Simply Healthcare"). If you are newly licensed, pleae choose "New non-resident appointment" in the first question so we can submit your licenses to Anthem
