• Request Additional Carriers

    You may only request ONE Carrier at a time. For Multiple Carriers, Please Submit Multiple Forms
  • Please select the carrier for steps to see if you RTS with the carrier in that state, or if you still need to be appointed in that state

  • Cigna: Go to CignaForBrokers.com > Click the Medicare Advantage drop Down > Select Tools > Select Salesforce > The home page will show your 2024 and 2024 RTS. The state must show either RTS or Just In Time (JIT) in order to show in sunfire. If you are newly licensed, pleae choose "New non-resident appointment" in the first question so we can submit your licenses to Cigna

     

  • Humana: Login to Humana > The top left should show your Licenses. Humana will add your licenses automatically as you get them. If after 7-10 days you do not see Humana added into your Sunfire RTS report but you do see it in your portal then fill out this form

  • Anthem: Go to brokerportal.anthem.com > click the profile icon at the top right > Account Details > Medicare RTS Status > You will see all of your active state appointments. Some states you may see two or three appointments because Anthem has two or three subsidiaries there (ie, in Florida they operate as "Simply Healthcare Plans, INC as well as "Simply Healthcare").  If you are newly licensed, pleae choose "New non-resident appointment" in the first question so we can submit your licenses to Anthem 

  • Wellcare: Login to Centene Workbench > My Credentials > Select states and add them. After a few days, they will populate into Sunfire. If you are having issues, please create a ticket inside of Centene Workbench. You cannot submit this form for Wellcare.

  • Devoted: visit agent.devoted.com > Click your name in the top right > Go to My Account. If you are newly licensed, pleae choose "New non-resident appointment" in the first question so we can submit your licenses to Anthem

  • Aetna: Login to Aetna.com > Click "Individual Medicare" along the top black menu bar on the screen > Click the "Requirements to Sell" Tab > on step 3 it says "Verify RTS status". Aetna will add your licenses automatically as you get them. If after 7-10 days you do not see Aetna added into your Sunfire RTS report but you do see it in your portal then fill out this form

  • UnitedHealthcare: Login to Jarvis > Click your name in the top right and Manage Profile > Licensure and Appointments on the left hand side of the screen. If you are newly licensed, pleae choose "New non-resident appointment" in the first question so we can submit your licenses to UHC
