  • This application is for the purpose of assisting SAZA Vendor Committee in their selection of food vendors for the Annual

    “A Taste of New Orleans”


     This is a Fiesta San Antonio sponsored event. Event will be held opening weekend of Fiesta San Antonio. This application is neither a
    contract nor a guarantee of the same.

    Please submit this completed application to:
    San Antonio Zulu Association before the Deadline.

  • MENU INFORMATION


    Please provide an itemized list of food items you would like to sell. You must list all the items you plan to sell. SAZA reserves the right to remove any and all products/items not listed on this application. All items listed will need approval by SAZA before it can be sold at our event.

    ATONO Rules:


    1. Only those items listed on this application and approved by SAZA may be sold. SAZA reserves the right to remove any displayed
    non-compliant items.


    2. Vendors may only accept ATONO food tickets for payment. Any vendor accepting cash will be subject to immediate closure. Food tickets will be exchanged for cash/check after assessment is made on all receipts.


    Waiver of Liability:


    As a participant at the “A Taste of New Orleans” Fiesta San Antonio event. I have read and understand the conditions of participation provided on
    this application. I agree to assume all risks of participation and hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or suits against” A Taste of New Orleans” Fiesta San Antonio event, SAZA Commission, Inc., San Antonio Zulu Association, Fiesta San Antonio, the City of San Antonio, and the respective and appointed officers, agents and employees, which I may have, or which hereafter accrue to me, as a result of my participation at this event. I agree for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I
    shall indemnify and hold harmless the “A Taste of New Orleans” Fiesta San Antonio event, SAZA Commission, Inc., San Antonio Zulu Association, Fiesta San Antonio, the City of San Antonio and their respective elected and appointed officers, officials, agents and employees, from any and all claims, demands, actions or suits arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event. The waiver applies to every individual that will be working in my booth.

  • VENDOR FEES INCLUDES


    Vendors Fees consist of base rent, 20amp electric outlet, one drop light, insurance, Health and Fire licenses, pallets for floor.

    BASE RENT
    SINGLE BOOTH SPACE ONLY (10 X 10): $950.00
    DOUBLE BOOTH SPACE ONLY (20 X 20): $1900.00
