Appointments that need to be rescheduled must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients are entitled to one complimentary rescheduling if it is requested more than 48 hours in advance of the appointment.
If clients arrive more than 20 minutes late for their appointment without prior notification via text or Instagram message, they will lose their deposit.
In the event of a no-call/no-show, the deposit will also be forfeited.
