  • Sponsorship Benefits

    Select your sponsorship benefits based on your Sponsorship Agreement.
  • Your organization’s specific sponsorship benefits are outlined in your Sponsorship Agreement. Please note that certain benefits may be subject to availability based on your agreement. If a selected benefit is unavailable, a member of the Atlanta Pride team will contact you to discuss next steps.

  • VIP TICKETS & PASSES

    Request your Sponsor & VIP Reception tickets and/or Premium Lounge Passes.
  • As outlined in your Sponsorship Agreement, you may be eligible to receive Premium Passes for the Atlanta Pride Festival weekend, as well as tickets to our Sponsor & VIP Reception. The number of passes and tickets allocated is based on your Sponsorship Level and the terms of your agreement.

    To help us expedite fulfillment once they become available, please complete the information below.

  • MARKETPLACE ACTIVATION

    Activate your company's presence in the Atlanta Pride Marketplace.
  • Please provide the contact information for the person managing your company's activation in the Atlanta Pride Marketplace. This individual should be familiar with your company's booth setup and all activation details, and they must be on-site and available during the festival weekend. 

  •  

    As a sponsor, you are eligible for complimentary add-ons for your tent. Please review the following details for each add-on:

    Tent Walls:

    • Available only if you are using tents provided by Atlanta Pride.
    • Each tent wall covers one side of the tent. To fully enclose your tent, please request four (4) walls.
    • If you request fewer than four (4) walls, specify your preferred wall configuration in the Activation Description section above.

    Electricity:

    • Each tent includes one electrical drop (up to 320 AMPS). If you require additional electricity, include the request in the Activation Description section above and email sponsors@atlantapride.org to notify the sponsor team.

    Extra Table & Chair Set:

    • Each booth comes with two (2) chairs and one (1) eight-foot table.
    • If you need another set, you will receive one (1) additional table and two (2) additional chairs.
  • LOAD-IN ASSISTANCE

  • GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE

    As a standard requirement for all Atlanta Pride Festival vendors in the Marketplace, it is essential to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you lack this coverage, we've arranged for all exhibitors to access it at a significant discount by obtaining it as part of a group. To facilitate this process, please follow the link below to complete a brief questionnaire, pay online, and secure your confirmation of coverage. This comprehensive coverage can be obtained for $65, plus any relevant state tax. Total Event Insurance Link

    It is crucial to have proof of liability coverage meeting these minimum requirements or to secure coverage through the provided link before your scheduled load-in date and/or the event registration deadline. If you are unable to provide your certificate at this time, please email it to sponsors@atlantapride.org ATTN: Marketplace, no later than August 31, 2026.

  • PARADE ACTIVATION

    Activate your company's presence in the Atlanta Pride Parade.
  • Please provide the contact information for the person we will work with on the day of the Atlanta Pride Parade (Sunday, October 11th). This individual must be on-site during the parade and reachable by cell phone for any day-of questions or needs.

  • BACKGROUND INFORMATION FOR MEDIA

    Each year, the Atlanta Pride Parade is broadcast live on local television, and media outlets often highlight select sponsors during the coverage. These features may include a brief overview of your organization, your commitment to LGBTQ+ employees and the broader community, your motivation for participating in the Parade, and the number of years you have taken part.

    If you would like this information to be considered for media coverage, please complete the media biography section below. Keep your submission concise—ideally short enough to be read on air in 10–20 seconds.

    Please note: Not all sponsors will be featured. Atlanta Pride does not control the media’s selection process. While your information will be shared with media partners, inclusion in the broadcast is not guaranteed.

    Please mark your calendars: orientation meetings for the Atlanta Pride Marketplace and Parade will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2026. The Marketplace orientation will begin at 2:00 PM, followed by the Parade orientation at 3:00 PM. We look forward to connecting with you at these important sessions.

    As the 2026 Festival approaches, you will receive additional details, including your Parade Row Assignment (if applicable), Marketplace Booth Assignment (if applicable), and instructions for accessing your Sponsor & VIP Reception tickets and Premium Passes.
