  • Your company's specific sponsorship benefits are detailed in your Sponsorship Agreement. Please note that not all benefits may be available. If a selected benefit is unavailable, an Atlanta Pride team member will reach out for clarification.

  • VIP TICKETS & PASSES

    Request your Sponsor & VIP Reception tickets and/or Premium Lounge Passes
  • As specified in your Sponsorship Agreement, you may be eligible for Premium Passes during the Atlanta Pride Festival weekend, along with tickets to our Sponsor & VIP Reception. The quantity of passes and tickets is determined by your Sponsorship Level and the terms of your agreement. Please complete the information below to help us expedite the processing of your tickets and passes when they become available.

  • MARKETPLACE ACTIVATION

    Activate your company's presence in the Atlanta Pride Marketplace
  • Please provide the contact information for the person managing your company's activation in the Atlanta Pride Marketplace. This individual should be familiar with your company's booth setup and all activation details, and they must be onsite and available during the festival weekend. Include their cell phone number for both event days (Saturday and Sunday) to ensure seamless communication.

    As a sponsor, you are eligible for complimentary add-ons for your tent. Please review the following details for each add-on:

    Tent Walls:

    • Available only if you are using tents provided by Atlanta Pride.
    • Each tent wall covers one side of the tent. To fully enclose your tent, please request four (4) walls.
    • If you request fewer than four (4) walls, specify your preferred wall configuration in the Activation Description section above.

    Electricity:

    • Each tent includes one electrical drop (up to 320 AMPS). If you require additional electricity, include the request in the Activation Description section above and email sponsors@atlantapride.org to notify the sponsor team.

    Extra Table & Chair Set:

    • Each booth comes with two (2) chairs and one (1) eight-foot table.
    • If you need another set, you will receive one (1) additional table and two (2) additional chairs.

  • GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE

    As a standard requirement for all Pride Festival Vendors in the Marketplace, it is essential to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you lack this coverage, we've arranged for all Exhibitors to access it at a significant discount by obtaining it as part of a group. To facilitate this process, please follow the link below to complete a brief questionnaire, pay online, and secure your Confirmation of Coverage. This comprehensive coverage can be obtained for $65, plus any relevant state tax. [bit.ly/apc-mktins25]

    It is crucial to have proof of liability coverage meeting these minimum requirements or to secure coverage through the provided link before your scheduled load-in date and/or the event registration deadline. If you are unable to provide your certificate at this time, please email it to sponsors@atlantapride.org ATTN: Marketplace, no later than August 15, 2025.

  • PARADE ACTIVATION

    Activate your company's presence in the Atlanta Pride Pride
  • Please provide the contact information for the person we will work with on the day of the Atlanta Pride Parade (Sunday). This individual must be onsite during the Parade and reachable by cell phone for any day-of questions or needs.

  • BACKGROUND INFORMATION FOR MEDIA

    Every year, the Atlanta Pride Parade is broadcast live on local television, and media often spotlight some of our sponsors during the Parade. This includes sharing brief background information on the organization or company, sharing information about its commitment to its LGBTQ+ employees and the larger community, talking about its motivations for participating in the Parade, and noting how many years it has participated.

    If you would like to provide this information for potential media use, please complete the media biography section below. Keep your submission concise, ensuring it can be read on air in 10–20 seconds.

    Please note: Not all entries or sponsors will be highlighted by the media. Atlanta Pride has no control over the media’s selection process. The information you provide will be shared with the media, but there is no guarantee that your organization or any information shared will be included in the broadcast.

  • On behalf of Atlanta Pride, we wholeheartedly thank you for supporting our 2025 Atlanta Pride Festival! Your generosity helps make this incredible event possible for the LGBTQ+ community in metro Atlanta and across the region.

    Please note that the orientation meetings for the Atlanta Pride Marketplace and Parade will take place on Sunday, September 14, 2025. The Marketplace orientation begins at 2:00 pm, followed by the Parade orientation at 3:00 pm. Mark your calendars for these important meetings!

    As our 2025 festival approaches, you will receive additional details, including your Row Assignment for the Parade (if applicable), Booth Assignment for the Marketplace (if applicable), and instructions for obtaining your Sponsor & VIP Reception tickets and Premium Passes.
