Opportunities AVailable:
- Committees: Lead and contribute to ongoing initatives that advance AAPM's mission to advance multidisciplinary pain care, education, advocacy, and research to improve the quality of life for our members and those they treat.
- AAPM Foundation: Board of Directors and workgroups will collaborate on projects such as Giving Tuesday, clinical consensus guidelines, and other opportunities to raise funds to support the Academy's mission.
- Shared Interest Groups: Focus on specific areas of interest, from Academic Pain Medicine to Substance Use Disorder, and help develop resources and iniatives for your peers.
- Task Forces and Other Opportunities: Consider joining our submitting blog posts, monthly webinar host/contributor, review manuscripts for Pain Medicine Journal.
- Resident Ambassador Program: The AAPM Resident Ambassador program fosters tomorrow’s leaders in pain medicine. Ambassadors are AAPM’s point of contact at your institution, with opportunities to engage with pain medicine pioneers in your area.
