In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Sebastian Lema, Cynthia Lema, Xavier Lema, SOS, and their respective families, volunteers, agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and understand that the 5k course will be partially on roads open to traffic and that I am responsible for my safety and well-being at all times. I do hereby grant the sponsors permission to use my likeness to participate in this event without obligation to me. As part of this release and waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all of the above.
