Terms and Conditions Definitions
“We” refers to Dot 3D Dental Limited which is a direct printed aligners company registered in Hong Kong with registered address at Room 1201, 12/F, Blk C, Seaview Estate, 8 Watson Road, North Point, Hong Kong.
“The customer” refers to any firm, company, person or persons who purchase or agree to purchase goods from Dot 3D Dental Limited.
“This document” refers to this “Direct Printed Aligners – Terms and Conditions” document.
“Goods” refers to any item or service being sold by Dot 3D Dental Limited.
“Order” refers to the customer’s order of goods from Dot 3D Dental Limited.
Introduction
Direct printed orthodontic aligners are made by Resin which is a bio-compatible photopolymer material that is FDA approved and softens in warm water and restore perfectly to their original shape upon cooling, increasing effectiveness of orthodontic treatment plans. This is the new technology named Shape Memory. We aim to source the world’s good quality resins which have obtained global medical certificates such as CE, FDA, KFDA and re having prominent cases.
Our selected Clear Aligner Resin is very resistant to discoloration and can achieve 100% transparency.
Allergic reactions
Although rare, some individuals may develop allergies or sensitivities to the materials used in the aligners. This can result in symptoms such as irritation, itching, or swelling of the gums, tongue, or lips. In case of severe reactions, the patient should be advised to discontinue wear of aligners immediately, take anti-allergy medications and contact a physician immediately for further control and treatment of allergic reactions. Regarding the risks and benefits associated with orthodontic treatment using direct printed aligners, it’s the clinician’s responsibility to discuss risks and benefits with their patients.
Treatment outcome
For some rare event of an orthodontic case not progressing as planned, it is the clinician’s responsibility to inform their patient(s) of the rare risk of unsuccessful treatment outcome. Dot 3d Dental Limited endeavors to enable clinicians to achieve the most flawless outcomes possible but does not guarantee 100% patient satisfaction or treatment outcome, as this is a result of different factors and not solely based on the product used.
Prices and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars
- Any kind of promotion prices will be announced regularly. We reserve the right to amend these prices at any time and to correct omissions and errors. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We shall offer monthly payment settlement for the convenience of some customers.
- We retain ownership of the goods until they are paid in full.

Shipping and Delivery
- Expected delivery times can be different from the final delivery times depending on the work schedule but Dot 3D Dental Limited endeavors to enable fastest completion to achieve customer’s expected delivery times.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for delivery, unless free delivery has been stated.
Goods will be accepted for return on the following conditions:
The customer has contacted us and given their reason for the return of goods for our assessment. Goods will not be accepted for refund without prior authorization.
Dispute and Complaints
- Products from Dot 3d Dental Limited are intended for the exclusive benefit of, and safe use by, dentists and dental professionals.
- We are trying to avoid any disputes, Dot 3d Dental Limited will deal with complaints in the following way: If a dispute occurs, customers should contact us to find a solution. We aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 7 days.
