Dates: Friday 17th January - Sunday 19th January 2025
Venue: Friday - Sports House (Sydney Olympic Park), Saturday + Sunday - Manly Warringah Gymnastics Club (Cromer)
Cost: There are a variety of ticket options available for the weekend. Please read the descriptions provided to book correctly.
Schedule: On both Saturday and Sunday, there are 4 sessions held throughout the day. Within these 4 sessions, there are three lines of workshops. You may attend any of the workshops in any line (1 per session) for each of the sessions that your ticket applies to. For example:
1. Half Day ticket = a maximum of two sessions in any line on either Saturday OR Sunday
2. Full Day ticket = any line in all four sessions on either Saturday OR Sunday
3. Weekend ticket = any line in all four sessions on both Saturday and Sunday.
If you purchase a Half Day ticket, arrive, and on the day wish to stay for further sessions, you will be able to purchase a second Half Day ticket to attend further sessions. There is no individual session purcahse option.
Additional Information:
First Aid + CPR course: We are also providing attendees with the opportunity to complete their First Aid and CPR certifications. As a member of Gymnastics NSW, First Aid and CPR certifications are a requirement and are a part of updating your technical membership with Gymnastics Australia. First Aid certifications must be renewed every THREE years and CPR certifications should be renewed every 12-months. The cost of completing these is additional to the cost of a ticket.
Please Note: If you wish to complete the First Aid and/or CPR certification on Sunday you only need to purchase a HALF DAY ticket to attend for the rest of that particular day. EG: For a whole weekend, your purchase will be: x1 Full Day (Saturday), x1 Half Day (Sunday) x1 First Aid (incl CPR) OR x1 CPR Only.
You are also able to just complete your First Aid and/or CPR certification without attending the rest of the conference.
Catering: Lunch (sandwiches and wraps) along with beverages (tea, coffee, soft drink, water) will be provided for all attendees on all three days. Morning tea will not be provided however there is a cafe onsite that may be available (opening hours will be included in communications closer to the event).
Workshop limits: There is a limit of 30 participants per practical workshop (Line A on Saturday/Sunday). Entry to these workshops will be allocated as a first in, first served. Once a workshop has been filled, you will either be contacted by GNSW to select another workshop OR you will not be able to select that workshop on this form.
