  • Please note: Brimbank is currently funding 2 sessions per school (to be held on the same day). There is a maximum of 25 students per session.

    To ensure fair opportunity for all Brimbank schools, you are required to confirm your incursion no more than weeks post sending in your initial booking enquiry.

  • ResourceSmart Schools is a Victorian government funded program that supports schools to embed sustainability initiatives into their schools, and in doing so, significantly reduce their resource use, and potentially save thousands of dollars.   • Our Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

    • Cancellation of a confirmed booking made 30 days prior to your visit date will incur no fee.
    • Cancellation of a confirmed booking made between 14 and 30 days prior to your visit date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation within 14 days of your visit date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
    • Reschedule your booking without fee 30 days prior to your visit date.
    • Rescheduling your booking between 14 and 30 days prior to your visit date will incur a 30% rebooking fee.
    • Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 14 days of your visit date.
    • All fees will be waived if the cancellation or reschedule is due to extreme weather as per our Extreme Weather and Cancellation Policy.
