  • This form is considered as a contract between you and the Caribbean Tourism Organisation Chapter UK & Europe.

    Invoicing:

    • 20% VAT will be added to the rates above for UK based businesses.
    • One single invoice for all selected events can be issued upon receipt of your submission.
    • Seperate invoices can also be issued if prefered. 

    Cancellation Clause:

    • 4-6 months prior to the event: Free Cancellation
    • 2-4 months prior to the event: 50% of Total Payment Required
    • 0-2 months prior to the event: 100% of Total Payment Required
