I hereby make a deposit of $500 towards my lease payments that I will pay under a Lease Agreement that will be executed between me and the Sigma Chi Chapter of Sigma Alpha Mu House Corporation (HC) for my occupancy of #2 Fraternity Row, College Park, Maryland for the school year commencing August 2025.

Room and Board Charges

Board

$3,000 per semester consisting of 10 hot meals per week (lunch and dinner) and continental breakfast 7 days per week.

Room Charges

Singles: $5,600 per semester
Doubles: $4,900 per semester
Triples: $4,400 per semester
