  • TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • QUALIFICATIONS & LICENCES

    You are required to upload copies of your relevant licences and certifications. You must notify Gold Staffing Ltd. immediately of any licence changes that may affect your ability to work.


    DAMAGES

    In the event you cause any damage to equipment, property, or the site, you will not receive payment and will be held liable for all damages incurred.


    PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE'S (PCNs)

    Gold Staffing Ltd. will not be liable for any penalty charge notices (PCNs) incurred during your shift. You are responsible for the payment of all PCNs issued while you are working.


    DRESS CODE

    As a representative of Gold Staffing Ltd., you are required to wear appropriate safety gear and professional attire. Failure to adhere to this dress code will result in non-payment.


    CONDUCT

    You must always maintain a professional demeanour during your shifts. Using foul language or behaviour deemed unacceptable by clients will result in non-payment and permanent removal from future opportunities with Gold Staffing Ltd.


    SHIFT CANCELATION

    A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required if you cannot attend a scheduled shift. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in being blacklisted from future work with Gold Staffing Ltd.


    TIMESHEETS

    You must complete and submit a timesheet every sunday by 10:00PM of the week that you have worked. It is important that the timesheet is filled out truthfully and accurately for client approval. Inaccurate or delayed timesheets will result in a 7-day delay in payment. You can fill out your timesheet online using this form: Gold Staffing Weekly Timesheet


    PAYMENT PROCESSING

    Payments will be processed on the Friday following the week of your shift, with funds available by 14:00. There is a £10.00 fee to process your payment.


    CONFIDENTIALITY

    You are expected to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information related to Gold Staffing Ltd. and its clients. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.


    SUBSTANCE ABUSE

    The use of alcohol or illegal substances before or during your shift is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.


    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF POLICIES

    By signing this declaration, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the policies and agree to abide by them. Failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
