Cabinet Membership 2025 Nomination Form

Colleagues, please note: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until Monday, May 5th, at 5:00pm PT, when all nomination and application forms must be submitted.
New this year: We will process applications in two phases, including a down time from March 15th to April 7th. The application will remain open during this time, but processing will slow or stop. This change acknowledges the need of our lay and professional team to focus on Cabinet’s International Study Mission to Azerbaijan in late March/early April, and hopefully being clear about this will help support applicants understanding of the process and the timeline. We are committed to connecting with all applicants who have a completed application submitted by March 15th prior to the Mission. The schedule is as follows:
January 15th – Application and Community Nominations Open!
March 15th - Phase One Concludes
April 7th – Phase Two Begins
May 5th – Membership Application Closes at 5PM PT.
As soon as the Cabinet professional team receives both your nomination form and the candidate’s application, our Cabinet lay membership team will reach out to set up an informational interview with your candidate.

Cabinet’s annual retreat (“Retreat”) is required for first-year members. Retreat 2025 will be in Denver, CO. Retreat begin with New Member Orientation on Sunday August 10 and will conclude on Wednesday, August 13. (Please note - as in prior years - there will be a track for professionals who work with Cabinet at the Retreat and we encourage you to attend!)
Retreat is encouraged in each subsequent year. Retreat is the heart of the Cabinet experience, and most members attend each year.
