  • We're sorry to hear the password reset hasn't worked. Most of our support issues with emails are password related, as it's common for users to need a handful of times to type in their passwords correctly. Please do try again or request another password reset.

    If you continue to have problems, please email our team at support@toolkit.uk or call us on 01243 913913 and request we change your password for you. This way we can test the password and confirm it's 100% correct and working for you.

    Alternatively, please check our Status Page, as it may be due to an outage that we're already aware of:

  • If you are not receiving a password reset message to your mobile phone via SMS then it's likely the email account has a different mobile number assigned to it. Please get in touch with our support team on 01243 913 913 or email us on support@toolkit.uk and we can confirm the mobile number that manages this mailbox for you.

  • Great, now you've logged in to Webmail we know your password works perfectly (which is often the main cause of email issues).

    Can you now please try to send an email from Webmail to a personal email or a colleagues, then ask them to reply to it so you can test the sending & receiving of emails in Webmail is working?

  • Great, by testing in Webmail you've confirmed your password is correct and you are able to send & receive emails right now. This means the problem you are having is with the configuration of your email account(s) on a device, such as a Mobile or PC software.
