    Collaboration Agreement

    This agreement is made between Speaking to the Light (STL) and the undersigned nonprofit (“Collaborating Organization”). By signing, both parties agree to the following:

    1. Independent Entities
    STL and the Collaborating Organization are independent nonprofits. This agreement does not create any formal partnership or joint venture.


    2. Collaboration Scope
    Both parties agree to collaborate on specific programs or services. The Collaborating Organization is solely responsible for its activities.


    3. Code of Conduct
    The Collaborating Organization agrees to:
    • Treat participants with respect, dignity, and fairness.
    • Maintain transparency.
    • Protect participant confidentiality.
    • Comply with all laws and regulations.


    4. Liability
    STL is not liable for the Collaborating Organization’s actions. The Collaborating Organization indemnifies STL from any claims or damages related to its activities.


    5. Service Referral
    STL does not guarantee the services of any referred nonprofits. Participants are encouraged to evaluate those services independently.


    6. Continued Support
    Participants can continue to receive STL services regardless of their engagement with the Collaborating Organization.


    7. Termination
    Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Both agree to protect participant confidentiality after termination.
