Location: Old Town Family Fun 301 West E St, Casper, WY 82601 
(the mini golf place located in the Best Western's back parking lot off I-25 at Center St.)

Pricing Requirements
All gifts should be $10 or less. Please keep pricing very simple for the kids in either whole dollar increments or quarter dollar increments. Each vendor is responsible for taking their own payments/tax for their products.

Product Types
There are limited vendor booths and thus limiting category duplicates.  The gift recipient types are: moms, dads, grandparents, siblings, friends, extended family, pets, etc.  Please keep in mind that OTFF volunteers wrap all gifts before kids return to their parents and items should be able to last till Christmas morning untouched (ie. food, plants, etc.).  Only one booth space will be allowed per vendor.  

Categories marked FULL below = we will not be accepting new vendor applications in these categories.

What's Provided
6'x8' booth space with an 8' foot table and 2 chairs, wrapping service for kids once they're done shopping, restrooms.  NOTE: Kids Shop is all upstairs one level and we do not have an elevator.  We will have volunteers available to help carry stuff in/out if needed.
Set-up Time: 9:30am-11am
Event Time: 11am-3pm (all ages can shop at 2:30pm)
Tear Down Time: 3pm-4pm (please do not tear down before 3pm)

Booth Fee
Once approved, an invoice will be sent for the $20 booth fee. If you selected that you need electricity, an additional $5 will be added to your fee.
