• The Kids Creation Sale Vendor Application 2024

    Old Town Family Fun is excited to provide this event for kids to bring their creations for customers to purchase. With the help of parent, kids under 18 can fill out the form below to participate in this event.

  • Event Date: December 8, 2024

    Registration Deadline: December 1, 2024

    Location: Old Town Family Fun 301 West E St, Casper, WY 82601 
    (the mini golf place located in the Best Western's back parking lot off I-25 at Center St.)

    Pricing Requirements
    Each kid vendor is responsible for taking their own payments/tax for their products.  A parent helper is advised to be present in the booth.

    What's Provided
    6'x8' booth space with an 8' foot table and 2 chairs, restrooms.  NOTE: Kids Creation Sale is all upstairs one level and we do not have an elevator.  We will have volunteers available to help carry stuff in/out if needed.
    Set-up Time: 10:30am-12pm
    Event Time: noon-3pm
    Tear Down Time: 3pm-4pm (please do not tear down before 3pm)

    Booth Fee
    Once approved, an invoice will be sent for the $10 booth fee. If you selected that you need electricity, an additional $5 will be added to your fee.
