    Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with TS&B. The review process typically takes two (2) to four (4) months from the date of submission and before the expiration of current Agreements within a particular product category. TS&B, through its advisory boards, may decide to extend a current Agreement or renew it for a new term at their discretion.

    Vendors must complete the form in full, as incomplete submissions will not be considered. Please coordinate within your organization to avoid multiple submissions, which could cause delays. This profile provides preliminary information about your company to TS&B, allowing for a preliminary review and potential consideration for vendor registration. Please note that if your company does not meet the criteria for a specific category, you may not be contacted or invited to participate in a bid process. TS&B will notify you if you are selected to participate.

    IMPORTANT: Completing and submitting the vendor registration form does not guarantee inclusion in a bid process or selection as a TS&B-contracted vendor. If your company is being considered for a bid process, TS&B personnel will reach out to you directly.

    Forms MUST be submitted before any project begins and may not be considered once a project is underway. Potential vendors are encouraged to check the registration regularly for any updates or additions. Submitted profiles will be maintained, and you may update your company information as needed.

Please note that the submission of this form does not guarantee that TS&B will engage in discussions with your company, include your organization in the bid or negotiation process, or award a contract. TS&B fully reserves the right to manage its contracting processes as it sees fit, including but not limited to accepting or rejecting potential bidders and proposals, waiving any nonconformities with criteria, and determining which company will receive a contract. Additionally, TS&B may terminate any contracting process at its discretion and at any time.*
  • Commitment to a Fair Process: Should your company meet the criteria for participation in TS&B’s contracting process and qualify to compete in a specific product category, TS&B will notify you via email or through this platform. If your company does not meet the required criteria, we will inform you of the specific reasons for ineligibility. To discuss these reasons in more detail with a TS&B representative, please email us with any relevant supporting documentation.*
