  • Funders Concerned About AIDS (FCAA) is excited to announce a new fellowship program for emerging and mid-career philanthropic grantmakers from communities most impacted by HIV.

    This opportunity is designed for grantmakers – including aspiring grantmakers working at a foundation or intermediary organization – who fall into one or more of the categories below:

    • Under the age of 40
    • Have worked in philanthropy less than 10 years
    • Representing impacted communities (People living with HIV; Black/Latinx; LGBTQ+; sex workers; people who inject drugs)
    • Located in highly impacted communities (U.S. South and Global South/East)

  • Application Timeline & Process

    • Filling out the application: This application is expected to take no more than 1 hour to complete. 
    • Application Deadline: The deadline to apply is Monday, November 4, 2024. If you have questions before applying, contact Sarah Hamilton at sarah@fcaaids.org. 
    • Participation: Submitting your application does not confirm your participation. All applicants will be notified of their application status by November 26, 2024, after we have reviewed all applications.
    • If you are accepted, next steps will be shared before the first session together.
