STUDENT STUDIO RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

In order to maintain and clean and safe environment for our students and to make the best of the lessons provided, we have implemented a few rules and regulations. Please read carefully and sign.

• We welcome constructive input and encouraging each other however, disrespect and/or criticism will absolutely not be tolerated
• Please respect your studio; place all garbage in the trash cans, pick up your belongings, washrooms tidy. Please be sure to clean up after yourself when class is finished . Nothing should be left behind on the tables.

• Washrooms may be used as change rooms, however nothing can be left in the washrooms.
• Students will not touch the mirrors or operate the sound systems.
• Drinks and cell phones should remain in designated areas and should not be consumed or used on dance floor.

• Classes are on average are 55 min to allow 5 min for class transition. To make the best of the time and in consideration of fellow students, each students should arrive to class fifteen minutes before class begins, have necessary attire on (shoes, etc) and be ready to start class on time.
• Please call or text the studio and notify us if you are going to be late or absent. Participation in all classes is crucial for your success and for the success of your fellow classmates. Please make every effort to be present at all of your classes.

• The studio is not responsible for missed notices due to absence. Please check with reception for any missed notices. Notices are also posted on the studio web site for your convenience. Please log in to access this page.
• The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Please leave your valuables at home.
• We always welcome and encourage guest however, prior approval from management is required.
• It is important that students come to class dressed in the proper dance attire so body lines are clearly visible to the instructors. This is necessary for proper instruction.
• Students will show the utmost respect to the facility, fellow dancers, parents and staff at all times.
• By entering this space, students acknowledge and consent to being photographed and/or videotaped. You agree that all images and video footage may be used for social media and promotional purposes.
