• Love After Marriage Application For Bethel Weekly Workshops

     

    Instructions:

    Both husband and wife, please complete this application together. There will be sections of the application where each of you will complete answers independently of each other. To help us understand how to best serve you in the upcoming workshop, please be as transparent as possible when filling out this confidential questionnaire. Thank you!

  • PLEASE NOTE: 

    We will do our best to get you into the workshop day you prefer.

    However, due to limited class size, we cannot guarantee you will receive the specific day you choose.

  • ADDITIONAL REQUIRED ATTENDANCE DATES

     

    Required Information Meeting:

    There is a required Information Meeting held Sunday September 7, 2025 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm in the East West Fellowship Room. Please mark your calendars to be sure you do not schedule anything at this time. This meeting is required and will help prepare you for the class. Childcare will not be provided. You may use your one-time Sunday childcare with Bethel for this meeting if you so choose. Remember you may only put your child into childcare once per Sunday. 

     

    Mandatory One Day Connection:

    It is manditory for both classes to attend the One Day Connection on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Childcare is NOT provided for the One Day Connection. Please be sure to arrange childcare ahead of time. If you are unable to commit to the One Day Connection please wait to sign up until the next semster. 

  • Registration and Payment Process

    Registering for the LAM Weekly Class is a two-step process. First you will fill out this application. Once you have submitted this application you will be redirected to the second step at Bethel's payment page. Payment for the weekly workshop is $125 per couple. Once on Bethel's payment page you will need to purchase only 1 ticket as the ticket cost covers you as a couple. Please do not purchase more than 1 ticket as Bethel does NOT offer refunds. All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The Bethel LAM Weekly Workshop is not designed for BSSM students and their school schedule. 

    All BSSM students are highly encouraged to sign up for and attend the BSSM Exclusive LAM Intensive specifically designed for the BSSM schedule. 

    **If you have extenuating circumstances that prevented you from attending the BSSM LAM Intensive Workshop and strongly desire to attend a Bethel LAM Weekly Workshop, please email nothinghidden@bethel.com with more information about your specific situation.

Facilitating a group does NOT mean having all the answers, teaching, or leading. Facilitating a group does mean keeping track of time, making sure everyone has an opportunity to share, and helping the group stay on track. As facilitators, you and your spouse will be able and encouraged to wholeheartedly go after your breakthrough while facilitating. By leading your group with your own openness and vulnerability, your example will lead the rest of the group to their breakthroughs. We choose the facilitators based on the surveys and the Lord's leading. If we choose you, it is because we feel that you are the best choice for your group.

    *If you are chosen, there will be a Facilitators Meeting on the Saturday before the first day of the workshop from 8:30 – 9:30 to give us the opportunity to help prepare you and pray over you. If you are chosen you will receive an email after registration closes.

  • Media Release Authorization

    During a weekly workshop, Nothing Hidden Ministries (NHM) may take pictures of participants for potential use with their submitted, written testimonies. When submitting their written testimony, participants have the option to choose whether or not to allow NHM to include this picture with reproductions of their testimony. During a weekly workshop, NHM may take photos of what is happening in the workshop. Additionally, participants have the option to be filmed by NHM while sharing their live testimony at the end of the workshop.

    By attending a live weekly workshop, I authorize NHM to take photos, video and sound recordings of me for possible reproduction on the NHM Website, NHM Facebook Page and Groups, the Increase Productions, Inc. Increase Testimony App and other social media outlets as deemed appropriate by NHM. I hereby release Nothing Hidden Ministries, Living Strong, Inc, Bethel Church, Bethel Media and their legal representatives from all claims and liability relating to said images or video. I waive my right to any compensation.
