I understand that adopting a pet is a lifelong commitment, and I am ready to provide a safe, loving, and permanent home for the animal I adopt.
I agree to undergo the adoption process, including a home check and interview, and understand my references will be checked, including veterinary and personal.
I understand there is an adoption donation associated with adopting a pet, which is tax-deductible according to IRS 501(c)(3) guidelines. This donation will help Whisker's Way rescue other homeless pets.
I understand that if I can no longer care for the pet, I agree to notify Whisker's Way Animal Sanctuary and arrange for the pet to be returned to the sanctuary. I will not rehome the pet or surrender it to any other rescue or shelter without first informing and consulting with Whisker's Way.
