How many times a week do you train, and how long do these training sessions last? (EXCLUDING cardio)
What is the breakdown of your workouts throughout the week?
Example: I train lower body 3 times a week: 2 times for glutes and 1 day for quads and hamstrings. I train upper body 2 times a week: 1 day for shoulders and triceps, and the other day for back and biceps.
