There is no charge for a replacement bin where damage has occured as a result of a Council collection. This will need to be confirmed by Council prior to issue and may take up to 10 business days to assess.

Replacement bins cannot be used as an extra service.

Lost or stolen bins should be reported to Council and may be subject to replacement charges.

All bins remain the property of Council.
