- Custom decorations or wording on cakes are NOT AVAILABLE‼️
- Place order 3 days before pickup.
  Example: Pickup on 26/6 → Order by 23/6
- Limited slots are available for each pickup time.
- Orders will automatically be blocked out once fully booked for the date!
- Kindly place your order only when you’re ready and sure about it. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out (before placing order!)—we’re happy to assist. 😊

- For seasonal fruit cakes such as strawberries, grapes, cherries, and more, availability will only be confirmed 5 days before your pickup date. You may still place your order in advance (if the option is available in the list); however, if the fruits are unavailable, we will notify you 5 days prior to arrange a cake change or a refund. This is because we want to ensure every cake is made with the freshest, best-quality fruits possible. 😊
- Whole cake preorders for the following month will open in the last week of the current month (usually around the 27th)‼️‼️

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We can arrange delivery (except Wednesday) with a RM5 processing fee per trip, in addition to Grab Express (Car) charges.
- We recommend pickup, as we are unable to assume responsibility for any issues (melted, deformed etc) that may arise during delivery.
- No processing fee applies if you arrange Grab Express yourself. (in this case please select "Self-Collection" instead)
- There will be NO REFUND of the delivery and processing fee if the recipient decides to switch to pickup instead of delivery.
- Please provide the exact address (a map screenshot or Google Maps link is helpful) for us to check the delivery fee.
- In case NOT needed for us to inform Recipient before delivery, please make sure that there is someone to receive the order. We will not be able to take responsibility in case no one accepts the delivery order.
