Please complete and return this form to be considered for a public catering concession at the Edenbridge & Oxted Agricultural Show (24th & 25th August 2025). Offers will be made to successful applicants which will include a deposit invoice of 10% of anticipated net sales. The balance payment (to 20% of actual net sales) is due at the end of the event. Payment of the deposit is required to secure the pitch. Please remember to attach your full menu and prices to your submission.

I commit to providing evidence of trading data for each day of trading on site from which a 20% commission on net sales is then payable immediately, less any deposit already paid. I warrant that the service I provide on site will be as described here and that any proposed variations to menus or pricing will be subject to approval from the Show Office in writing. I will abide by the regulations of the Edenbridge & Oxted Show. I also understand that it is my responsibility to book my electrical supply from Excell Electrical and to comply with all requirements from licensing authorities, obtaining my own TEN if required for the sale of alcohol.
