The Doctor of Ministry is the highest professional ministry degree offered by Rhema Institute. It is designed for seasoned ministry leaders seeking to expand their leadership capacity, strengthen theological reflection, conduct ministry-based research, and provide visionary leadership within the Church and the broader Kingdom of God. The program emphasizes practical application, leadership development, mentoring, and ministry innovation.
12-week Christian Chaplaincy course equips students to provide Christ-centered spiritual care, emotional support, crisis intervention, and pastoral presence in a variety of settings, including hospitals, hospices, correctional facilities, schools, military, first responder environments, and community ministries. Students will develop biblical, ethical, and practical skills to minister to individuals and families during times of crisis, grief, trauma, illness, and life transitions, while demonstrating compassion, confidentiality, and servant leadership. Upon successful completion, students will be prepared to serve as Christian chaplains with integrity, professionalism, and biblical excellence.
