  • 2025 National Constitution Amendment Submission Form

    Please submit this form no later than February 24, 2025.

    Please note that each proposed amendment must be submitted separately.

    Once an amendment is submitted it is:

    1. Sent to the Constitution and Chapter Standards Committee for review and to provide feedback to improve the amendment while maintaining the intent. The Committee has 20 days to review the amendment.
    2. After receiving recommendations back from the Constitution and Chapter Standards Committee the submitting entity (Members of the Chapter/National Council Members) have fifteen (15) days to determine, which, if any, changes they would like to make, provided the original intent is maintained.
    3. If the Members of the Chapter Chapter/National Council Member wishes to make changes all final submissions must be submitted in writing to the Constitution and Chapter Standards Committee via the National Headquarters at least one-hundred and fifteen (115) days prior to the meeting of the Grand Chapter.
    4. The amendment is then included in the published amendments document.
