What does your event request in City support:

Monetary Support. Not all Co-Sponsorships will include monetary support from the City. Please note that public funds must be used to support the community, must serve a public purpose, and requests will be reviewed in accordance with all applicable laws. The request must explain how this funding would be used to cover direct program costs. Funds are disbursed on a reimbursable basis after the provision of suitable expenditure documentation (e.g., budget information and receipts).
If requesting monetary support, please provide more detail on the amount requested and total event budget. Please note the co-sponsorship policy outlines maximum monetary support tiers based on certain event elements and applicants that pass the initial screening process will be asked to provide more detailed budgetary information.
If requesting facility use, please list the name and location of the City facility requested.
