                                 Important information to be mindful of:

1. Anticipate engaging with a few Banks: Please prepare to speak with more than one bank. Many of these credit instruments do not require collateral and lengthy underwriting; however, each lender has their own compliance protocol. The best-case scenario is that you receive multiple approvals, giving you leverage to choose the best offer(s) if/when applicable. IMPORTANT: We do not blast files irresponsibly, as we understand your strong credit standing must be protected.

2. Respect Digital Lending Limits: Each bank has loan amount limits on their digital lending platform. Exceeding these limits WILL trigger a more extensive, lengthy underwriting process. By overstating requested capital amounts applicants will likely slow down access to funds from 10-15 business days to approximately 45 days. We will inform you of these limits for each institution.

3. Submit Necessary Documents: While awaiting your approval(s), please gather and send us your most recently filed personal and corporate tax returns. These documents are typical stipulations for funding - so providing them upfront will expedite your access to credit. Losses on tax returns will not harm your qualification to these offers. Failing to provide all requested documents will likely adversely impact the amount of funds received.
